Requirements
– Holder of Degree / Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies / Building Disciplines / Building Surveying
– Minimum 5 years working experience, especially experience for commercial premises including shopping mall, retail, food and beverage, banking office projects
– Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop and computer skill for business operation is an advantage

Duties
– On site to assist Project Manager related to site works
– Supervising the installation of the systems, such as construction, maintenance and repair operations.
– Ensure all construction works are in compliance with the requirements of project programme, building approvals, contracts, site safety as well as the design standards.
– Communicate with clients or main contractor on site representatives about matters of works.
– Inspect the site regularly and report to Project Manager for any unusual observations.
– Keep tracking of site works by all means, not limited to regular site photos / daily records / etc
– Taking care of inventories on site
Requirements
– Specializes in the on site supervision of sub-contractors
– Able to interpret drawings and specifications to sub-contractors
– Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
– Proficient in MS Office
– Holder of Green Card
